Eric DePalma
Eric DePalma attended California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) and earned a bachelor’s degree in anthropology and a master’s degree in evolutionary anthropology.
While at CSUF, Eric began his career in the nonprofit sector while working with local community organizations in conservation education and fundraising. It was through these experiences that Eric discovered his passion for providing equitable opportunities to traditionally underserved communities. Throughout his career, he has worked for organizations like the Santa Ana Zoo, Best Buddies International, and Rancho Coastal Humane Society (RCHS).
In his most recent role at RCHS, he served as the Director of Donor & Community Relations where he worked diligently to create sustainable funding sources and accessible opportunities for both supporters and program participants to get involved with the organization.
With a dedication to social impact, Eric embraces his role as Development Director at Haven Neighborhood Services, viewing it as an opportunity to channel his passion for community empowerment into tangible action. His extensive background in strategic planning and fundraising aligns seamlessly with the organization's mission, driving forward its initiatives with a steadfast commitment to fostering positive change. With a collaborative spirit and a genuine desire to make a difference, Eric is eager to forge meaningful connections and cultivate sustainable solutions that uplift and support those in need within our local communities.
