As the Co-Founder and CEO of NTS Communications, Jorge leads a creative service agency dedicated to blending strategic marketing expertise with deep community engagement. NTS Communications, headquartered in South Los Angeles, has built a reputation for developing culturally relevant, innovative campaigns that inspire and connect.
Jorge’s commitment to community impact extends beyond his business ventures. He founded Nuevo South Community Development Corp., a nonprofit dedicated to empowering South Los Angeles youth through education, technology, and civic engagement. Under his leadership, Nuevo South became a community hub, offering study spaces, creative workshops, and youth-led initiatives that addressed neighborhood concerns.
In addition to his creative and nonprofit work, Jorge has served as a champion for equitable economic development. As the former CEO of Casa Grande Cannabis Inc., he led a social enterprise focused on creating economic opportunities and advocating for equity within the cannabis industry. His passion for community empowerment also led him to run for Los Angeles City Council in District 9, earning a coveted endorsement from the Los Angeles Times.
